Atlas Copco’s 2-in-1 UD+ combination filter combines two filtration steps (DD+ and PD+) into one.
UD+ filter technology provides the same air quality as the DD+ and PD+ filter train. However offers a lower pressure drop which saves up to 50% in space. In assition reduces system complexity while also reducing maintenance costs with fewer filter changes.
The UD+ filter also offers extended service intervals of 8000 hours reducing the systems maintenance requirements further reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
InPass
The filter is also available with Atlas Copco’s new patented InPass design. The revolutionary built-in bypass can be used to reroute the air during filter services to ensure an uninterrupted airflow.
The InPass system will reduce installation costs and footprint requirements due to it eliminating the requirement for externally piped bypass systems.
