The Atlas Copco BAP+

Atlas Copco BAP+ range is specially designed to provide a certified supply of breathing air from any source of compressed air.

The pre-built breathing air package comes skid mounted with an electronic controller that actively monitors the system.

The system includes a 7-step filtration process:
– Water separator to remove any liquid water.
– 1st stage fine coalescing filter to remove oil and particulate.
– 2nd sage ultra-fine coalescing filter to further remove smaller contaminants.
– Desiccant dryer to remove any water and co2 while also limiting any micro-organisms or bacteria.
– Activated carbon to remove any odours and oil vapours.
– A CO Catyist to prevent carbon monoxide contamination.
– The final stage of fine filtration to remove any possible contaminants introduced during the pre-filtration stages.
